About 

Wendy Galeana is a private chef who brings together the essence of Mexican gastronomy and the warmth of sharing a meal. With over 15 years of experience, Wendy has crafted unique culinary moments that combine the richness of her heritage with the elegance and intimacy that private dining offers.

Her love for cooking is deeply rooted in her family history. From her paternal grandmother, she inherited the flavors and traditions of Puebla, known for its iconic moles and festive dishes. From her maternal grandmother, she embraced the vibrant, coastal influence of Guerrero, with its seafood, tropical ingredients, and bold spices.

​

Wendy studied gastronomy in Acapulco, where her culinary journey began. She later moved to Puerto Vallarta, immersing herself in the region's food scene and working in well-known restaurants such as Xitomates and El Camarón Azul. Her passion for hospitality and authentic flavors soon led her to Sayulita, where she spent several years refining her skills at the renowned Villa Amor hotel.

It was during this time that Wendy developed her signature approach: offering exclusive private dining experiences, cooked with love, directly in the homes and villas of those who visit Puerto Vallarta, Sayulita, Punta de Mita, and the surrounding area.

For three years, she served as the private chef for a celebrated Mexican actress and singer, an experience that elevated her expertise in discretion, excellence, and personalized service for discerning clients.

Today, Wendy Galeana creates more than meals, she crafts culinary experiences that honor Mexican culture, showcase fresh local ingredients, and turn every table into a space for connection, flavor, and unforgettable moments.

Her kitchen is a tribute to tradition, privacy, and the art of living memorable moments around the table.
