On the day, Wendy and her team arrive about an hour before service with fresh groceries, cook everything on-site, serve each course at your table, and leave the kitchen spotless. High season runs from November through April. Wendy's calendar fills months in advance during this period — especially for weekend dinners, bachelorette groups, and weddings. Booking two to four weeks ahead is ideal; for large celebrations, book as early as possible.

Wendy has been cooking professionally since 2005 — one of the most experienced private chefs in the Riviera Nayarit. Her menus are rooted in the regional traditions of Guerrero, Puebla, and local featuring dishes like Guerrero-style short rib barbacoa, pescado zarandeado, and chiles en nogada that most private chefs don't offer. She also works with raicilla — Jalisco's artisanal agave spirit — which she pairs tableside, an experience unique to this region.

Wendy teaches four class themes — Welcome to Mexico, Puerto Nuevo Style, Mole Rosa, and Veracruzana. Each class is hands-on in your villa kitchen: you learn real technique, cook alongside Wendy, and then sit down to eat what you made. Groups of two to twelve work well, and the class doubles as a dinner.
